Cold Patch Repair

Over time small potholes and sinkholes appear.  If the asphalt looks rough on the surface but the underlying base is in good shape, we use a cold patch material that is poured into the defect and hand tamped into place.

Crack Fill and Seal

Once water seeps into the cracks in asphalt, it will compromise the foundation.  We will fill the cracks with a heated, rubberized sealer to seal out moisture and slow the deterioration process.

After the seal coating process is complete, we will line stripe your parking area to your needs and layout.  We provide proper accessibility spacing and striping of spaces and are ADA compliant.
